Our Values

We are committed to living out the values of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 & 1 Corinthians 13
Conviction and Humility

The Bible is our guide, authority, and conscience in everything. We stand firm where it stands firm and remain flexible where it remains flexible. We value a diversity of opinions and thoughts on secondary theological matters.

John 8:12 & Ephesians 4:17-24
Authenticity and Restoration

Jesus came to bring freedom and healing to a broken world. Through Him, people can find hope, forgiveness, and a new beginning. We want to be a safe place where people don’t have to pretend or hide. Because we see pain all around our community, we are committed to helping those who are struggling, hurting, or stuck find restoration and hope.

Matthew 28:18-20
Discipleship Driven

We are fully committed to making disciples of all ages according to the Great Commission: introducing people to Jesus and helping them follow Him. Every ministry at Brandywine is committed to helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Genesis 1:27-28 & Ephesians 5:21-33
Thriving Families

The way God loves us is reflected in his design for families. Strong families are essential to a healthy community. That’s why we are committed to helping households thrive.

Hebrews 10:24-25 & Ephesians 4:1-16
Meaningful Membership

We were made for relationships, not isolation. At Brandywine, we want everyone connected in a caring, truth-filled community. We believe each person has something valuable to contribute, and we are committed to using our time, gifts, and resources wisely. When everyone plays their part, people grow, and the church becomes stronger.

Ephesians 2:11-22 & Revelation 7:9-10
Unity in Diversity

Unity is made possible and commanded through Christ. Therefore, we will seek to make our church accessible and impactful for all generations, cultures, colors, and faith backgrounds.

Romans 1:16; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 9:19-27
Gospel Partnerships

The Gospel of Jesus is humanity’s only hope both now and forever. God has placed us in our city to be a lighthouse for Christ and a sender to all nations. To be most effective, we must partner with other like-minded churches, agencies, and ministries. Therefore, we will seek to earn the right through love, service, and effective ministry partnership to proclaim the truth.

1 Corinthians 9:19-27
The Pursuit of Excellence

God deserves our best, and so do people. We will do ministry in a culturally relevant way to the best of our ability without sacrificing Biblical truth and relational authenticity. This includes worship, teaching, programs, communication, facilities, and outreach.

Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • God

There is one God. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created us, loves us, rules over all things, and seeks a relationship with us.

    Genesis 1:26-28; Romans 5:12,16

  • Sanctification

Sanctification is a process by which God restores His image in those whom He has justified. God continues to change those who follow Jesus, shaping us to become more like Him throughout our lives.
