You are ready to take the plunge! You have discovered who we are, found places to connect, and now you want to commit to making this your church home by becoming a member. We hold Explore Membership classes quarterly, where you’ll get the chance to take a deep dive into our history, beliefs, and church culture. We also have baptism Sundays four to six times a year, where anyone who has put their faith in Jesus can declare that to the whole church through baptism!
Welcome to the Brandywine Valley Church family.
Baptism is a public declaration of a personal decision to follow Jesus, an outward expression of an inward transformation.
If you are already baptized, that’s great! If not, Baptism Classes are offered throughout the year, with the sacrament scheduled for the following Sunday. The class meets at 11:30 am in room 33F downstairs. For questions about baptism at Brandywine, please email us.
2026 Baptism Classes:

A public and formal commitment to our local church community, membership enables you to grow as a Christian with a sense of connection, belonging, and purpose. Your expression of commitment includes service and support of Brandywine’s mission and vision and a willingness to be accountable to the church and its leaders. With your commitment, the pastors, deacons, and congregation commit to care for, pray for, teach, and personally counsel you. We also commit to being accountable to God and each other for how we lead you.
